Solving all customer related issues with online orders. Adjusted prices to reflect coupons/discounts/promotions, fixed shipping or billing address errors, solved issues with packages being stolen or lost in transit, and handled all situations pertaining to customers orders. Also helped place orders, find specific items in certain retail stores, find replacement items for products that were out of stock, provide size comparisons and measurements - anything the customer requested, questioned, or had concerns had to be handled.

Cashier/Front-End Manager. 

Responsibilities included solving all customer related issues, associate issues, while also maintaining the registers. In-charge of other associates ringing out customers, cleaning up the front of the store, merchandising, and taking care of any and all problems - all while being extremely efficient and working quickly in order to ensure everything got handled and finished before closing. While store is closing, and after doors are locked, I had to count the registers deposits and handle all the money from that day - gathering deposits and combining them to make sure our numbers matched up and there were no overages or shortages.

Preparing and setting up the football field for different spring workouts during the spring semester. I use my time-management skills to make sure help ensure everything is prepared before practice begins. During practice, constantly lending a helping hand to coaches for drills and different activities needed. Working the chains and being a ball-boy during scrimmages. Ultimately cleaning up field and removing everything at the end of practice in order to keep field in an orderly fashion.

Prepping the baseball field for practice and intersquad games by using my time-management skills to make sure all nets, mats, tarps, mounds, and balls were set out and ready for the team to use. I also have to take video for the team, and fill out Velocity charts for pitchers during games.

Showing up for the game 25 minutes early to go over duties with head umpire. Establish rules of the age group we were umpiring. I was a field-umpire so I made any call that happened at 1st, 2nd, or 3rd base. Had to use problem-solving skills to fix many of problems that occurred on the field between myself and the other umpire, or any umpire and the fans or coaches.

I specifically focus on aiding Pharmaceutical and Biotech organizations when it comes to meeting the demands of GxP environments. We have a primary focus on all things quality, engineering, and overall technical operations and I coordinate the curation of these teams while owning the process from technical scoping calls through to project completion. 

I'm originally from Pennsylvania and consider Philadelphia my home city - the passion for the sports team (Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, Flyers) comes with it and is one of my favorite topics to discuss with anyone I come across! College took me to Virginia, and after school I traveled for work all around the US until 2020 when I found my home here in Charlotte, NC
