After 16 years at AT&T, I decided to leave and start my own firm, Vista Tech Solutions. This was a major turning point in my career, as I was now responsible for building and growing a company from scratch. As a trusted advisor, I was able to guide companies through their transformations and help them achieve their goals. But after 9 years of successfully growing Vista Tech Solutions, I noticed a recurring theme among my clients: They needed expert guidance and consulting on how to digitally transform their business. This was my Eureka moment. My partner and I decided to start a new venture, DCT Strategy Inc. My clients were asking for more assistance in technology strategy, and I had the solution to their needs.
