Throughout my career with Farmers Insurance and its subsidiary Bristol West Insurance, I was committed to excelling and helping those around me to do the same. Often times, consumers don’t fully understand what insurance is or how it works. And that’s where my teams and I came in. My teams helped people through a challenging disruption in their lives. Through the training and coaching discussions that I implemented my teams have improved and excelled in key behaviors and performance indicators: Inventory levels, repairable and total loss vehicle cycle times, bodily injury settlements, customer service, and phone behaviors. I have been instrumental in organizational changes and improvements around hiring and retention, total loss and salvage vehicle processes. My ideas implemented have led to many cost saving measures, compliance adherence, and time/efficiency gains for front line claims employees. The team members that have contributed and followed their development plans that I put in place have become successful peer mentors, progressed into more complex roles, and have made lateral moves to other departments to meet their development goals. I am passionate about doing the right thing for the right reasons, and I thrive in environments where creativity, teamwork, trust, and development are valued. I love to traveling and having a local experience and enjoying authentic cuisines from all over the world.
