YPO Next Generation (YNG) is an offshoot of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) focused on fostering business relationships and learning opportunities for the next generation of global entrepreneurs. The local chapters help maintain active forum groups, collaborate with the YPO chapter on events and provide learning opportunities for professional development. 

As the Co-Chairman of the board I organize the annual series of educational events, run networking workshops, identify potential new members and negotiate co-branding opportunities with YNG. The most recent educational events have included behind the scenes manufacturing tours, virtual meet and greets, and discussion panels. Each event has ended with a networking opportunity with successful entrepreneurs both locally and globally. I also help collect dues and manage the annual budget of $25,000+.

ForumWithin is a product of Roundstone, LLC that focuses on culture consulting. Their trademarked process takes the fundamentals of executive forums and combines them with transparency. Their focuses is on helping combines reimagine collaboration and redefine their culture through empathy, opennesses and discussion. 

I worked on building the companies marketing materials including their website, presentation templates, brochures, business cards and consultant manuals. The idea behind the brand was that the name was the background for change but the people were the drivers. I also worked on building target market materials for certain business size and sectors.

The Financial Life Skills Program is a set of courses created by the School of Human Ecology (SOHE) at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. The courses are focused on providing students with the increased financial literacy. 

As a lead peer educator I helped supported the professors during lectures, provided the students with assistance on their assignments during office hours and manage the other peer educators schedules. These assignments ranged from investment challenges to presentations to create an accurate budget. I also had to give presentations to different organizations including numerous athletic teams.
