As Diversity and Inclusion Counsel at Blakes, I collaborate with key stakeholders to promote and advance the Firm’s internal equity, diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives. I also lead the Firm’s diversity and inclusion outreach initiatives, which are designed to attract students from diverse backgrounds to the practice of business law. Drawing from resources across the Firm, I lead efforts to develop programs that meet the needs of our people and our clients and move us forward.
