Previously, I served as the Director of Operations and Coaching at Lead 'Em Up, where I played a key role in managing database administration, curriculum design, email campaigns, community engagement, and copywriting. During my tenure, I led both inside and outside sales efforts, designed program curriculums, created blog content, co-hosted the Lead 'Em Up Podcast, facilitated live training sessions, and managed social media accounts. My work in customer relationship management, onboarding, curriculum implementation, and sales showcases my comprehensive skill set. I also have over eight years of experience designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs using diverse delivery methods and effectiveness measures. My background is in education included serving as an Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate instructor and basketball coach at Southeast High School in Florida. Prior to that, I was a social studies instructor and coach at Orchard Farm High School in Missouri. I am an experienced and engaging public speaker, having presented at industry conferences such as IFCEE (the world’s largest geo-engineering and geo-construction conference) and Glazier Clinics.
