I love data visualization, and the ability to find patterns and insights in the data without having to look for it. I once found an erroneous $9M charge for a pencil (don't worry, we fixed it), purely by accident, because I was visualizing the data instead of looking at a spreadsheet or text-based report, and couldn't miss the range going out to $9M instead of my expected $8K. I love giving business leaders data at their fingertips that allows them to quickly identify what is going well and what can be improved, as well as providing them with visualizations that not only answer their initial questions, but also the follow-up questions that inevitably occur after the initial question is answered. I have been using Tableau for over 7 years, and am a past Certified Professional. I am currently a Tableau Public Ambassador and co-lead the Workout Wednesday community initiative (https://www.workout-wednesday.com/), providing challenges to the Tableau Community to solve and learn from. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management.
