KPMG UK

At KPMG as a senior technology director I worked with CxO level clients to define, shape and lead complex, technology enabled transformation programmes.

During my time I delivered multiple complex technologies transforming many blue chip and government clients using a mix of Cloud, A.I, Mobile, Web, Data, IoT and Emerging Technologies and mixed with modern consulting methodologies that I developed - inc my own derivative of Agile development which I have fixed for effective use in a commercial environment.

I led KPMG's digital delivery capability and built and built an award winning national team of business consultants and technologists, who I combined to work as a very effective group that was able to transform a number of clients delivering great ROI in aggressive time frames.

The highlight of my work was winning KPMGs first ever award for best technology project at the MCA's, a major achievement that kick started KPMG's foray into the digital world.

Developed PA's Guerrilla BI methodology. Worked with a number of blue chip clients delivering complex Business Intelligence solutions that answered critical business questions.

Delivered a number of technology projects to a range of clients. My work at IBM gave me a strong technology grounding. I worked on range of IT projects at all stages of the IT project lifestlye. I delivered Business Intelligence solutions, Datawarehouses, Operational systems for blue chip clients.

I provide online ordering success to Restaurants, Takeaways and Cafes via our branded online ordering software. Our system creates a new route to market and is better alternative to Restaurants using expensive Food Portals.  

My background:
I have a career background as a Technology Leader ( ex Asc Partner IBM, ex KPMG Director) and a wider family background in Hospitality. 

Within Hospitality I am now using my technology skills to help UK Restaurants embrace what would otherwise be unobtainable technology to enable them to compete in a modern digital world.
