I’ve still got that hiccups-in-my-stomach feeling.

As I sit here waiting for my flight, it all feels a little surreal.

8 months into my role, and the same excitement I felt on Day 1 still lingers — just steadier now.
More grounded.
Wiser from the ride.

As I get ready for my first overseas conference with my team, I’m reminded how much can change in a year, and how much we grow when we show up with the right intent.

I’ve been thinking about resilience and adaptability lately.
About how stepping into this “champions league” of a team didn’t just challenge me, it brought out the best in me.

And it’s hard not to think back…

One year ago, I had just found out my previous role was impacted. I didn’t know what was next.

Everything I thought I had lined up suddenly paused.

There were no answers, just questions.
No clear direction, just the quiet echo of “what now?”

But something in me knew: I had to keep going.
To show up anyway.

Hello LinkedIn , have you missed me?😉

It’s been a while since I last showed up here.
8 months have gone by since I joined LRN ,
and it’s been a season of learning, building, and growing alongside a brilliant team.

Time really does fly when the work feels meaningful, and yesterday was one of those afternoons that reminded me why slowing down matters too.

Our Singapore team spent the afternoon volunteering at Willing Hearts, a local charity that runs a soup kitchen preparing and distributing thousands of meals every day to those in need: the elderly, low-income families, and migrant workers.

There was laughter, teamwork, and plenty of moments that reminded us what purpose looks like in action. Everyone rolled up their sleeves and gave their time wholeheartedly.

In the midst of busy weeks and full calendars,
it felt good to pause and give back.

It reminded me that sometimes, doing something for others is exactly what fills you up again.

Grateful to be part of a team that shows up not just for the work, but for the community too.
