With over 10 years of experience in strategic design and innovation, Niklas is passionate about creating positive impact on the lives of users by developing user-centered services and business models. He has a Master in Biochemistry from Oxford and Freie University Berlin, and a Design Thinking education from the Hasso Plattner Institute. He has successfully delivered projects for companies such as DB Schenker, B.Braun Melsungen AG, and Miele & Cie.
