As part of Asurion's Strategy & Innovation team, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and inform high-value initiatives, using my intelligence gathering, problem-solving and relationship-building skills. In this role, I also leverage my Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, where I learned the latest trends and best practices in business management, finance, and marketing. I'm passionate about creating and delivering solutions that enhance the customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage for Asurion, the global leader in technology protection and support services. In addition to my corporate role, I'm the CEO of Ketelsen Solutions LLC, co-led with my husband, who is our Chief Creative. We offer boutique graphic design services, specializing in brand identity and custom illustration. My motto in business and life is, "Be Awesome."
