CAMMS

Managing a team of nine people, I was responsible for developing and executing CAMMS' 12-month global marketing communications strategy, plan and budget.  I was also responsible for developing and approving all digital and traditional marketing and communications campaigns; writing and overseeing the creation of all communications, PR and marketing content; managing all relationships with marketing, content, advertising, PR and SEO agencies.

Key achievements included:
*Building CAMMS’ inbound leads and lead nurturing programs, resulting in a 665% increase in inbound leads
*Developing, implementing and managing CAMMS’ new websites and digital content marketing strategies, which included writing cammsstrategy.com from scratch
*Managing and delivering global product launches, including the company's most significant and successful product launch - the updated and rebranded version of its Strategic Planning solution, cammsstrategy

Marketing Communications Manager

*Develop and implement strategic communications plans and global content marketing campaigns
*Manage and execute corporate PR strategy, including hiring and managing PR agencies
*Spearhead all corporate communications and oversee all written content
*Organise and deliver events, conferences and global product launches

*Manage internal communication to Yellowfin stakeholders
*Plan and deliver integrated direct marketing campaigns (digital and print)
*Content optimisation and lead nurturing to convert website visits and leads into sales

*Increased inbound leads by approximately 800%
*Increased website traffic by approximately 1800%
*Delivered eleven highly successful global product launches
*Successfully submitted Yellowfin for inclusion in globally recognised industry analyst research reports, including Gartner’s Magic Quadrant

Global Communications Manager

*Build relationships with journalists and industry analysts
*Manage and maintain relationships with printers, marketing and PR agencies
*Manage and support the marketing communications needs of Yellowfin’s 300 global software partners
*Identify and nurture strategic alliances with other technology companies

*Develop and deliver SEO aware content marketing campaigns
*Implement and manage a range of pay-per-click advertising

*Organised and hosted successful global Yellowfin conferences (average 150 attendees from 10 countries)
*Delivered successful national and international Yellowfin roadshows
*Compiled successful submissions for industry awards, including the Global Growth category at Anthill Magazine's 2012 Cool Company Awards
*Delivered many successful webinar campaigns (average 500 attendees)
*Boosted Yellowfin’s Page Rank for key industry search terms to increase organic search volume

Communications Coordinator
