Working in the Technology area today is a privilege. The great challenges of Digital Transformation in companies and the impacts of Exponential Technologies, further expand the opportunities and new skills that IT professionals need to act. With more than 30 years of experience in the technology area, with more than 20 years as a manager in various segments, such as banking, manufacturing, services, education, retail and healthcare, there are countless learnings and achievements that allowed me to be a facilitator, a maker and above all, a great observer of the results that companies and people achieve with digital adoption. And this reality changes and improves daily, allowing us to actually be a “lifelong learner” in real life. In carrying out projects and transformations, with international experience in China, Netherlands, UK and Colombia, they contributed to a particular vision in certain cultures and countries, as well as adapting to local expectations in terms of results orientation. And more recently, after the COVID pandemic, it was possible to act on the necessary responses that the healthcare segment demanded, with Telehealth, cloud solutions, Privacy, Compliance, Patient Experience and Digital Hospital. As a teacher, more recently in the disciplines in the area of ​​Agile Management and Digital Transformation, I am inspired by each class, in their expectations, sharing of ideas, doubts and, above all, in the exchange of experiences. In recent years, it has been evident how students have matured more and more to “formulate questions”, seek to exchange experiences with pragmatism and are dedicated to solving complex problems, sparking an excellent opportunity for learning and continuous improvement. And among so many challenges, Culture, whether organizational or individual, has been the main focus of my work, requiring proactive, communication, relationship skills in a complex matrix of stakeholders and, above all, customer-centricity. I'm passionate about technology and motivated by challenges, I feel comfortable in the role of change agent, transformer and enhancer in the adoption of new technologies and new ways of thinking.
