Developed in collaboration with artists, neuroscientists and philosophers, Twist Museum is an immersive experience that explores - and put to test - the power of your mind in experiencing the world around you.

Key responsabilities:
- Delivery and management of a unique visitor experience
- Management and development of the onsite team
- Opening and closing the site
- Financial management and daily reporting
- Assistance with marketing activities, educational programmes and events

Visitor Experience Manager 

Activities:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a warm, friendly and open manner and answering any questions they may have
- Selling tickets and processing card transactions and cash by using the EPOS system
- Scanning tickets and providing help with clockroom area
- Collecting and reporting any feedback from visitors
- Assisting in the management of crowded areas and queue and ensuring good visitor flow.
- Reporting any maintenance issues with the exhibits
- Monitoring the general cleanliness and tidiness of the public areas within the building
- Monitoring and maintain the security of the building and safety of the public, reporting any suspicious activity or possible security threats as soon as possible

Bulle est mon 1er album jeunesse, publié le 25 novembre 2022 chez Faralonn Editions.
C'est un livre d'une cinquantaine de pages racontant l'histoire d'un petit garçon vivant reclus dans sa chambre. Mais un soir d'automne, l'enfant en sort pour demander un animal de compagnie à sa mère, celle-ci refuse catégoriquement. C'est alors que le père intervient en offrant un poisson rouge à son fils. 
Mais Bulle n'est pas un poisson ordinaire...

Malheureusement, cette maison d'édition a tiré sa révérence fin mars dernier et je suis donc à la recherche d'un nouvel éditeur.

Bulle is my first children's book that was released in November 2022 in France.
I wrote this tale in French because this is my native language and just so much more poetic, isn't it!
Unfortunately, my French publisher went bankrupt and I decided to focus on the English market, now.

My role involves: 
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as job board and website.
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
- Headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
- Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews

Since April 2022, I have also been in charge of Internal recruitment for the French Team.

I was also involved in making "drops" for clients

Internal recruitment: 2 interns, 1 permanent and 1 contractor for the agency.

- Learning and Development (around 5 trainings a month)
- Management (recruitment and coordination of 65 people to cover a rocket launch every month)
- Compensations and Benefits (processing payroll, processing payments)
- HR Consulting (advices provided for clients about Employment Law)

With one of my friend who was a French Baker, we decided to found a Bakery.
So, I intervened in Marketing and Administrative duties:
Market research, provisional budgeting, research for legal status, supplier research, site supervision, finance research and opening professional bank account.

After 4 long years, I finally left my 9-5 for a day job related to art.

Well, lately I have been a recruiter during the week, a writer in the evening and a drama student on the weekend.

It took me several years before accepting my artistic streak and getting started!

My biggest dream ?
It would be to be able to live fully from my passions 📚🎬🎭🎨🖋

But through hard work and courage, everything is getting closer little by little ✨ Well almost...
