We work together to narrow down the metrics that matter to the company goals, gather and analyse them to understand what’s working and what’s not working so we can strategise with the right data in hand.

At DLA Piper I was responsible for delivering quality, consistent and timely internal and external communications. I managed social media, website content and advertising/media campaigns. In addition, I looked after client publications and external e-mailing as well as production of marketing collateral. As a team, we supported the wider firm supplying quality and value-added services to our local and global clients.

My main achievements were:
•	Project managed the implementation of DLA Piper’s e-mailing platform –Vuture- a cloud based marketing technology that enables to create and manage digital marketing communications. The project also involved the integration of Vuture with their Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform, InterAction. 
•	Management of website content, external communications, advertisement and social media empowering our online brand presence. 
•	Review of InterAction and draft of a project to improve the usage of their CRM platform to leverage the firm's valuable relationships intelligence.

Senior Communications Advisor

At EY I was responsible for supporting campaigns driven by the brand, marketing and communications team to ensure they were successful and met the firm’s objectives and expectations. I was involved in all key events, communications and thought leadership campaigns: I supported the execution of key programmes such as Entrepreneur Of the Year award and the Tax Directors Forum, as well as periodic technical seminars; closely worked with the different teams to create their monthly or quarterly newsletters; was responsible for managing one of our sponsor’s relationship as well as being the first point of contact for events best practice.

In this role, I was involved in a wide range of activities which included project management, business development, marketing and communications for the Advisory Services business line. I directly reported to the Operations Manager and coordinated the day to day operations of the business line, creating a co-operative, positive team environment to maximise effective partnering. 

I worked, with a national focus, as part of the Advisory Sales & Marketing team having input into strategy, maintaining an overview of work in progress and upcoming pursuits, proposals and initiatives for the team. I further supported the Advisory Services Leadership and wider team with different initiatives to improve the business line’s internal and external operations as well as standards of practice. I managed the Advisory Services Team View site (proprietary SharePoint software) and developed external marketing campaigns for various business sections. I was also involved in the development of internal communications for all Advisory Services staff in line with management team directives, such as weekly updates and a monthly newsletter.

I supported with bid management driving the best practice in bids and pursuits leading to increased win rates. The aim was to build a high-performance Business Development (BD) process providing advice and leadership on BD programs, initiatives and strategies.

Last but not least, I assisted with validation of professional documentation and contribute by providing management skills to enable the efficient completion of projects. I demonstrated effective business writing, time management and presentation skills. The role required a high standard of communication and organisational skills - I gained a good understanding of the wider Beca business and engaged in associated processes and practices, playing a pivotal role in the makeup of project teams required to deliver projects to clients.

I was employed with TV of Mallorca for nearly 4 years as a TV reporter. During my time with them, I gained many invaluable skills which have enabled me to grow and develop into a professional, confident journalist. Responsibilities included researching events and personalities prior to live TV interviews and broadcasts. I also attended high profile, social media, economic and cultural functions where I networked and sourced stories. This was a varied and challenging role which also involved impeccable time management, excellent communication and the ability to meet deadlines. I was also responsible for essay writing and producing reports which utilised my advanced computer skills. 

TV of Mallorca was closed by the new government early 2012.

My experience in WFG developed my translation accuracy -from Spanish to Catalan and from English to Spanish- and writing skills at the same time that I got stock markets and finances knowledge. I made use of my advanced computer and time management skills and the ability of meeting deadlines. I was in charge of keeping the Catalan section up to date.
