Private Equity owned. $106MM in sales. Implementing 5S and numerous lean initiatives, particularly Visual Mgmt. Updating equipment for cell manufacturing. Also determining true BOM and labor cost for margin improvements. ERP system changes to accommodate manufacturing. With a new acquisition by the parent company, doing the same in the new operation along with business strategy, employee/manager assessments, systems integration, product integration, manufacturing consolidation, warehouse operations, etc.

Purchased the Pallet Division from IOS during the IOS breakup with two other partners. Ship custom and standard wooden pallets to OEM's, principally in Juarez, Mexico as well as El Paso, TX. Manufacturing in Juarez, Mexico, logistics and staging yard in El Paso. Largest full service pallet manufacturer in the El Paso/Juarez area. Business sold in '19.
