In the present role, I am responsible for:
a) Defining financial and business model
b) Acquiring new clients and increase profitability of the organization
c) Forecasting sales and other requirements to run thee business effectively
d) Training and recruiting team members

Product Lead - 2020 Design Software

•	Marketing for Autodesk CAD Sales – Cold calling and lead generation
•	Calling customers, submitting quotation and closing independently. 
•	Ensuring order process happens smoothly by coordinating with relevant team
•	Post sales relationship with the customer and acting as SPOC for many customers for Post sales activities
•	Complete CRM activities for PAN India customers to maintain healthy relationship with the company
•	Handle various types of Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting presented via PPT and Excel to management.
•	•	Payment collections – taking ownership of collecting payments for the sales done by me. 
•	Managing escalations by client with appropriate coordination and timely closure.

Inside Sales and Customer Relationship Management

•	Act as a single point of contact for major clients which come under Engagement management process.
•	Managing team of 13 with respect to Process adherence and internal Quality monitoring 
•	Provide documented feedback to reporting team members on a monthly basis
•	Ensuring highest standard of customer satisfaction and quality service; developing new policies and procedures to improve based on client feedback
•	With the preset business case, I have done tool testing for new/existing web applications
•	Handle various types of Monthly and Annual reporting presented via PPT and Excel to EY management and Client
•	Assisting Leadership with admin work
•	Global client billing process – Single point of contact to manage this on a monthly basis
•	Managing escalations by client with appropriate coordination and timely closure. 
•	Reporting and QA on new projects handled by team.

•	Interacting directly with British Telecom customers to provide information on new BT products and services, resolve problems, and offer general assistance.
•	Handle complaints, document incidents, and report requests for further assistance to superiors.
•	Following up with customers to ensure their issue has been sufficiently resolved, provide further information about products or services if the matter has not been adequately resolved, taking orders, opening and closing accounts, and gathering all necessary information regarding complaints or matters that need further attention.
•	Understand, know and adhere to business process guidelines every time.
•	Demonstrating cooperative and friendly attitude all the times while maintaining highest level of customer care.
•	Ensured quality and operating standards were met based on service objectives.
