During my Compliance Co-op at Natixis Investment Management, I have actively contributed to enhancing the operational efficiency of our compliance department and strengthening our regulatory adherence through the following key accomplishments:

Streamlined Workflow Efficiency: Spearheaded the development of an innovative inter-departmental dashboard, leveraging compliance data integration. This initiative significantly reduced workflow bottlenecks and improved overall operational efficiency.
Knowledge Enhancement: Authored and curated a series of five comprehensive how-to guides and procedures, covering both existing software tools and new report extraction processes. Notably, I crafted a 72-page all-encompassing compliance system guide, offering step-by-step instructions, from initial logins to filing requirements with FINRA, the regulatory authority.
Effective Communication: Took the lead in formulating and disseminating communications pertaining to new regulatory directives and emerging market practices. My efforts ensured that our team remained well-informed and prepared to navigate evolving compliance landscapes.
Strategic Initiatives: Collaborated with my manager to present a budget proposal for the use of AI in compliance. Prepared a compelling presentation deck and successfully presented it to the company's executives, highlighting the potential benefits and ROI of the proposed solution.
Professional Development: Attained the Securities Industry Examination certification, demonstrated my commitment to gaining a comprehensive understanding of the financial regulatory landscape.

Worked as an intern under the research team. Read company quarterly and annual reports, wrote summary and research analysis reports, built DCF models, attended companies' Q2 presentations, and wrote analyses on the companies' current market standings and projected stock valuations for the end of Q4.

AKKA Hotels

Attended rebranding meetings and took the initiative to be the translator to ease communication in meetings between Symble, the Russian rebranding company, and Akka Hotels. Developed a new smoothie/ juice bar concept targeting the Generation Z audience Akka is trying to reach, including architectural plans, mood boards, budgeting, and menu concepts that will open in the Summer of 2023. Conducted audits on subjects such as personal file control of the personnel, tracking working hours of employees. Learned the process of managing requests, suggestions, or complaints from the guests in the MyAssist Department. Created data reports in Excel on financials, housekeeping efficiency, and success for management to inspect. Auditing all activities and producing solutions to the problems in the Audit Department.
