Coordinated the preparation of a comprehensive business plan for self-sustainability of the bi-communal Mia Milia/Haspolat waste water treatment plan in Nicosia, financed by the United Nations Development Programme(UNDP).
As a team, we completed a thorough series of interviews/workshops with stakeholders and conducted SWOT and financial analysis.
The business plan was among the first efforts in modernising the plant which had started facing environmental problems.

• Conducted a feasibility study on the viability of a new publication for the Hispanic community.
• The study saved the company more than US$ 1 million and was awarded second place in a
national competition sponsored by the Small Business Institute Directors Association.

Market Research

Peregrine Systems

Worked for Product Marketing department. Completed a price-discounting project for
Peregrine’s main products and made statistical analysis of the results. Conducted a customer satisfaction survey with over 200 Peregrine customers. The results were taken into account while reviewing the pricing strategy of the company.
