With a proven track record of accelerating value creation and empowering people and organizations, Lance Zingale brings over 40 years of experience to his role as a private equity advisor, consultant, and board member. A recognized thought leader in business transformation, customer experience, and business processing outsourcing, Lance has served as an adviser to leading global companies. With in-depth knowledge of international expansion and value stream creation, Lance has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation as an innovative technology and business process outsourcing industry executive. The most recent experience culminating in the sale of SYKES Enterprises in September 2021 to the SITEL Group. His progressive experience encompasses general management, sales, operations, and marketing, international and domestic, at AT&T, start-up, and mid-sized public companies. In his former role with SYKES, Lance developed, led, and inspired award-winning cross-functional teams throughout North America and Europe providing transformational customer contact management solutions and disruptive business technologies to Fortune 1000 companies around the world. He has a strong background and expertise in business turnaround, large international team/diverse functions leadership, market and operations strategy design, business development and execution, and new product/services launch. Lance joined SYKES Enterprises, Incorporated in January 2006 as Executive Vice President, Global Sales, and Client Management. Lance began his career with AT&T, for whom he worked for nearly 20 years. During his tenure with the telecommunications firm, he rose through the ranks within sales, marketing, and operations, including management positions in marketing, operations, and customer care. Prior to joining SYKES, he was executive vice president and chief operating officer for STARTEK, a call center management company, at the time an NYSE listed corporation. Lance is a currently, a member of the Board of Trustees for Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, a member of the International Committee for the American Heart Association and a Board Member for Frameworks of Tampa Bay. As well as a volunteer mentor of two early-stage businesses at the Tampa Bay Wave, a regional incubator/accelerator for entrepreneurs. Lance holds an MBA from Lehigh University and Executive Education at INSEAD.
