As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at redPanda Software, I apply my recruiting skills and IT knowledge to source, screen, and hire the best candidates for various software development roles. I work with a team of HR professionals and technical experts to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, and to provide a positive candidate experience. I also leverage my passion for mentorship and leadership development to facilitate and coordinate mentorship programs for young IT professionals and students. In addition to my role at redPanda Software, I am a Mentor Lead and the National Head of Technology at Releasing Eagles, a non-profit organization that aims to empower and inspire young people to achieve their full potential in life. I oversee and manage the technology aspects of the organization, such as the website, social media, and online platforms. I also mentor, train, and support young leaders, speakers, and authors, helping them to discover and pursue their purpose and passion. Through my work at Releasing Eagles, I have developed skills in public speaking, coaching, and project management.
