Lance is an international business leader and executive coach. For 30 years, he has worked in diverse industries including Google, Disney, Colgate, Levi’s and P&G. He is a Google Mastery Faculty and Coach. To serve the broader community, he has also formed Diaresco Conscious Leadership, offering: - Executing Coaching - Leadership Training - Speaking Engagement Lance integrates his diverse experiences working as Vice President and CMO, studying research on neuroscience and mindfulness, while teaching conscious leadership. He is a certified facilitator of Search Inside Yourself (a mindfulness-based emotional intelligence leadership training). He also volunteers in various causes, including children’s education in Asia and wildlife conservation in Africa.
