My mission has always been to help people live a healthier lifestyle.

After 3 seasons of installing edible landscapes and gardens, I decided to get closer to the source of good health: the food we eat everyday.

That's why Grounded Personal Growth focuses on teaching people how to make mouth-watering meals, and shift their mindset for excellent health.

Essentially, investing in your body and mind so you can feel more in control of your life.
