Have you ever heard of the Traffic to Practice matrix? It's a simple framework that I've used to get dozens of new bookings for medspas all across the country. Step 1: Traffic. This step is fairly simple to understand. For your medspa to get customers, people need to know about your practice. They can find out about your practice in a variety of ways, from paid advertising to organic search results to word of mouth. Step 2: Seasoning. This is the step the vast majority of medspas skip over entirely, and it's the single biggest reason medspas struggle to get customers online. When someone finds out about your services for the first time, the vast majority of people aren't ready to buy. They either don't know how safe the treatment is, are scared to make a bad decision or have any number of other reasons for not buying right away. The vast majority of medspas let these people slip through their fingers, and this step aims to turn these potential customers into actual customers. Step 3: Practice. This is the step that turns warm leads into actual bookings. The goal of the previous step is to get these potential customers on the phone with a knowledgeable person. They will, in all likelihood, be ALMOST ready to buy. They will need some positive reinforcement, even after they book.
