The Formula is a character development company geared towards athletes to help them understand the journey through the athletic process. Inspire and encourage athletes to become their best self through developing their character and mindset while they navigate the steps it takes to be successful at the next level.

Currently instruct private lessons with baseball players, primarily catchers and hitters, focusing on using baseball to develop the characteristics needed to succeed in life. 

Advancing through clinics and camps, speaking to high school and collegiate teams on the importance of character development. 

Recruiting advisement to high school players and families.

Factory Athletics

On a daily basis, contacting high school coaches and families, creating relationships, about the opportunities to attend the events we will be hosting in the area. These events are primarily created to help players come be evaluated as well as provide some recruiting help to play baseball at the collegiate level.

FX Studios

I currently am a full time trainer with FX Studios and work with the Under Armour Performance Center to train a wide variety of populations from current athletes/ex-athletes, to the average population of someone needing to add exercise to their daily regimen. I help all athletes reach their goals to better themselves in their own lives whether they play a sport or not. I have worked with top level athletes from some of the Carolina Panthers with Cam Newton to aiding in trainer the new Arena Football Team for Baltimore the Baltimore Brigade.

Personal Trainer, Strength Coach

Completed a 405 hour internship with FX Studios at the Under Armour Performance Center. Was able to implement what I had studied in school as well as learn even more about the fitness industry through many fitness assessments to working with certified trainers from all over. Completed blood pressure analysis, body fat assessments, step tests, and V02 max tests during the process.

I completed hours for my school degree with Frostburg State University. I ran strength sessions with athletes from all different ranges of sports as well as speed and agility sessions. Focused on developing the young athletes with proper mechanics and getting their foundational base levels of strength implemented correctly and safely. Also, with more seasonal athletes in the college level, developing more strength and speed through various strength and conditioning programs.

Frostburg State University

During the spring semester of 2015 at Frostburg State University, I completed hours in the school weight room for my degree by aiding the strength and conditioning coaches with training various sports teams.

I have been a trainer at the Under Armour Performance Center powered by FX Studios, located at the Global Headquarters in Baltimore MD.. I played college baseball at the levels of NCAA Division 1 junior college, Division 2 and Division 3. I have experience with helping in strength and conditioning environments as well as one on one training. I look to help others achieve their goals whether it would be an athlete or the average person looking to change their lives. Always looking for the next step and to drive myself as far as I can go in whatever opportunity that may present itself too me.

I believe in bettering the lives of others. Helping others achieve what they want and need to do in order to allow themselves the opportunity to succeed. My goal is to show others they can complete any task they set out to accomplish and complete it with precision.
