My goal is simple: to help businesses and the driven people who lead them unlock their true potential. I provide independent, practical, “no-B.S.” advice on how to achieve greater profitability, growth and operational efficiency, to high-integrity, ambitious business owners. By cutting to the heart of their business in order to truly understand its operations, its direction and their vision, I'm not only able to deliver clear, specific, actionable steps to achieve their strategic objectives or targets then hold them accountable, but also able to help identify what those objectives should be. I work in 3 ways: - 1 on 1, alongside Directors, leadership teams and advisory panels for a period of >6 months, with monthly strategy meetings, fortnightly check-ins + "on-tap" accountability and support. - 1 Day Workshops to help uncover opportunities and expedite ambitious plans in a short time. - In an Online Group: This makes advice more accessible and affordable, and fosters an awesome, positive environment complete with weekly group calls, and many business resources. My expertise lies in complex problem-solving, finance, strategy and growth initiatives, particularly for “blokey” businesses, formed throughout a decade-long career which included the establishment and scaling of two businesses in New Zealand as the country manager for one of Australia's largest financial services groups. This means I’m able to go far beyond the typical “business coach” scope you might see online, of keeping clients accountable and tuning their personal mindset toward increasing performance, and provide real value drawing on that actual operational experience. My unique ability to do both is usually why clients engage me and what makes me different to most management consultants. I am also a Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, and qualified Financial Advice Provider (FAP) in the specialist area of Investment (not registered/active). I'm particularly passionate about improving governance, horizontal diversification and digital innovation, as well as acquisition deal processes and finance sourcing/negotiation, and my work extends across New Zealand, Australia and the UK/Europe. Outside business I am a passionate musician and supercar collector, and am working on the development of a new mathematical & psychological theorem to submit for formal academic review.
