Reporting to the Head of HR (based in Switzerland) as the Senior HR Advisor for the Luxembourg, Paris and New York offices, I coached 3 team members and my main responsibilities covered recruitment, training, international mobility and cross-borders management, payroll management, compensation & benefits, performance management, HR compliance, employer branding activities, and being the main point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related topics.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, as the Head of Human Resources, I managed a team of 4 (based in Luxembourg and the United States) and was responsible for implementing the HR strategy and providing advice to management for all HR-related decisions. My key responsibilities included recruitment, retention initiatives, communication, compensation, benefits, training, HR compliance, employee relations, employer branding initiatives, implementing and developing HR policies and procedures, developing and providing HR metrics, being the main point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries, and supporting managers and employees with performance reviews, development and improvement plans, conflict resolutions and disciplinary.

Headquartered in Luxembourg, DCL Group is a leading internet services company, made of well-known companies such as Datacenter Luxembourg, eBrand Services, EuroDNS, LuxCloud, or voipGATE.

Brought in as Group Human Resources Manager, I was promoted to Group Human Resources Director in December 2014. My key responsibilities were to develop the HR strategic vision of the Group by supervising, managing and developing the overall activities of the HR services, policies and programs of all Group companies in Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands. 
Primary goal was to constantly enhance employee relations, as well as to attract and retain talent. In order to do so, I worked very closely with the management team and employees of all companies to ensure strategic short, medium and long-term business objectives are met. 
My core responsibilities included making sure that all aspects of operational HR Administration were efficiently covered, developing and improving HR policies and procedures for the Group; managing a cost effective annual HR budget; maintaining a dynamic, engaging organization culture and work environment by developing policies, procedures, practices and programs that contributed to a positive team member culture; and, enhancing performance improvement and talent management programs using metrics that were fit-for-purpose and reflected good practice.

Raval Europe

Under the motto “We make the fuel greener”, Raval is a global organization, operating in the automotive industry, which is specialized in the development, production and sale of fuel tank venting systems. 

As Human Resources Manager, I was responsible for the management of the staff administration as well as for the company recruitment and staffing (permanent and temporary employees), compensation and benefits, performance management, employee training and development, internal communication, and implementation of company services, policies and programs.

Reporting to the Managing Director (based in Luxembourg) and to the Group Human Resources Officer (based in Israel), my responsibilities as a member of the local management team and sole human resources professional on site, included but were not limited the administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company; tracking company's measurements to support the achievement of the organizational goals; preparing the annual training budget based on local development needs and ISO requirements, and submit state annual training reimbursement request; implementing and conducting local Employee Performance Appraisal process; managing  recruiting process according to company’s recruitment policy; managing conflicts; conducting regular meetings with the Staff Delegation, creating a Staff Welfare Committee; and prepare, run and control in-house monthly payroll.

With over 1500 employees, Deloitte is one of Luxembourg's largest, strongest and oldest professional services firms.

Reporting to the Human Resources Administration Director, I was responsible for managing a small team of HR Administration professionals (junior and senior levels). It was under my responsibility to constantly control and improve the quality of the company employment contract templates and other HR-related documents, manage employment separation legal and administrative formalities from A to Z, oversee payroll to ensure accurateness (alongside the external payroll provider), do the HR onboarding for new employees and transfer-ins (International Mobility), and ensure day-to-day HR Administration tasks such as working hours and absences monitoring, work permit requests, maternity and parental leave requests were looked after.
As Assistant Manager Human Resources I have also had the opportunity to participate in several ad-hoc HR projects such as the internal HRIS development, an HR audit, the study of the feasibility of new employee benefits, the Intranet update, and the creation of the HR Welcome Desk.

With its EU headquarters in Luxembourg, Amazon, the leading worldwide e-commerce company, seeks to be Earth's most customer-centric company, where customers can find and discover anything they might want to buy online. Reporting directly to the Director EU HR Corporate, and on a dotted line to the Director EU HR Operations, I was responsible for providing an effective HR administration service to the Luxembourg team. This included acting as main point of contact for payroll, benefits, stock, employment and social security laws; generating employment contracts and other employment agreements; liaising with the Global Mobility Team (based in Seattle) to ensure smooth relocation process for new hires, international assignees and permanent relocations; administration and delivery of the Amazon Training Program; onboarding new hires, assignees and permanent relocations; partnering with the EU Benefits team; supporting the Director EU HR Corporate in annual processes such as performance reviews; assisting the recruitment team; and, interfacing with local government agencies.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, I was responsible for the daily management of HR administration, including recruitment coordination and first-screening interviews, employment contracts and terminations, payroll and benefits (including company car fleet), absences and attendance to work monitoring (FlexTime system), and general office management tasks.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (based in Luxembourg) and to the Chief Human Resources Officer (based in Denmark), I have provided both Legal and HR assistance to the Luxembourgish, German and Polish teams, including recruitment coordination, first-screening of candidates and offer handling, preparing employment contracts, managing monthly payroll, managing company benefits, assisting with the relocation of management to Luxembourg (including VP’s and CEO), handling terminations, and assisting with the incorporation of new subsidiaries in Poland and Germany.
