I’m a Creative & UX Designer with over 10 years experience, in Digital Agency, House Companies, Technology consultancy and service company in London and Milan. Thanks to my professional career I have acquired valuable skills in different design areas: the focus on understanding user problems in order to deliver intuitive and impactful design experiences through various platforms for mobile, tablet and web. My curiosity and attitude helped me to constantly improve and hone my soft and technical aesthetic skills. In the last years, I have developed a strong passion for UX, which has allowed me to obtain new skills and improve the knowledge about human behaviour for example. Thanks to the most recent experience, I have increased my leadership managing a team of 5 people in the creative department. I love to be involved in the idea generation phase and to be part of the creative execution, being committed in always building the best user experience. When required, I work on my own initiative but I enjoy working in a team, share ideas and challenge everybody to their best.
