I am fascinated by the future of possibilities and enjoy being a part of a team that is driven and curious about enhancing customer experiences and business performance. I am genuine and relatable, with the ability to build long-term meaningful relationships both personally and professionally. I love working in a collaborative workspace using innovative approaches to problem solving such as design thinking, human centred design and behavioural science. I have a passion for analysing, understanding and adapting processes. Developing my skillset and knowledge is incredibly important to me. In 2021 I completed an applied, project based Masters Degree with Tech Futures Lab in Auckland designing a digital health-tech solution. Through my studies I developed a keen interest in design thinking and behavioural science. Over the course of my career, I have gained extensive experience in leadership, brand management, technical sales and account management.
