I have spent almost two decades in Tech recruitment, working for an innovative boutique Tech Recruitment agency who partnered with startup, scale up and fast growth companies to help them build incredible teams. During my time here and alongside my leadership role, I poured my energy into championing diversity, equity and inclusion building communities and networks, hosting events, backing initiatives and supporting clients to grow great teams. I love what I do, and nothing makes me happier than seeing positive outcomes, people securing their dream roles or stepping into tech for the first time, companies growing innovative teams, new communities, initiatives and networks being built. What excites me most is that now, I get to drive my passion (DE&I) through Noux and build a business that will be part of driving positive change. Outside of my working life, I have the best job of all, being a mum and role model to my three year old daughter. I’m a regular at the gym, a massive foodie and am happiest when hopping on a plane to experience different cultures around the world.
