Lara Holliday is a coach, creator, and community-builder. As a coach, Lara serves as an informed and dedicated thought partner, specializing in using nature-based therapies to transform leaders into visionaries. She enables professionals to own their leadership roles and is known for her ability to help people uncover hidden barriers, get unstuck, and improve their lives professionally and personally. Lara is the Founder + CEO of Tide Risers, a membership-based community for women leaders. Tide Risers connects hundreds of women across North America, the United Kingdom, and the European Union who benefit from the Tide Risers leadership development curriculum and a strong community of support and accountability. As a group facilitator, Lara offers a framework to help teams build relationships that foster authenticity, courageous conversations, and an abundance mindset. She specializes in facilitation of strategic planning and visioning for executive teams, helping businesses to meet their goals while enabling their employees to thrive. In addition to Lara’s coaching practice, she is the proprietress of a 16th-century manor house in the English countryside called Shore Hall. She purchased Shore Hall in 2023 to create a retreat centre to give professional teams a dedicated environment for collaboration and authentic team-building. Amongst the offerings at Shore Hall is the unique experience of Equine-Facilitated Learning, which enables clients to work with horses to attain self-realization and professional growth. Prior to Lara’s entrepreneurial path, her career spanned corporate, creative, non-profit, and government agencies. Lara is a Senior Member of the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists) and has received her Level 2 Certificate in Equine Facilitated Learning. She holds a BA from New York University, is a TedX speaker, and was named as an OBO Top 100 innovator. Lara is also an avid gardener, cocktail mixologist, and jigsaw puzzler. After 25 years of living in New York City, she relocated to the United Kingdom, satisfying her rather relentless sense of adventure. Lara is now living in Kingston Upon Thames with her family and rambunctious rescue hound.
