Additionally, I collected timesheets and expenses from the healthcare providers to ensure proper billing and compensation paid for services rendered. When needed, I helped to correct and collect outstanding invoices to ensure revenue flow into the company as well.

I sourced, credentialed, negotiated contracts, arranged travel, lodging and transportation for healthcare providers that we placed at facilities. Marketed for new business as well. Additionally I worked hand and hand with providers and healthcare facilities to coordinate orientation of onboarding with the two entities at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of each assignment. I worked with my colleagues and fellow team members to boost morale and inclusiveness whenever possible. There was periodic travel from time to time to medical conventions around the country to find new talent and clients for whatever specialties we needed.
