I was tapped by JT/Luxembourg to launch its platform in the United States. This was a huge undertaking due to the fact that it would be a 0>1 effort.
As the North American Sales Manager, I took ownership of Sales for our exciting launch in New York City. I built, managed and energized the sales team for the US Job Today Market. In this role, I spearheaded B2B growth, as well as empowered my team for B2C growth. I prioritized creating initiatives that helped our US market exceed the goals set.
Main responsibilities include: 
(1)	a. I built a telesales team from scratch by identifying, recruiting, and developing top talent who will deliver results well beyond the expectations and metrics that were set forth by the Luxembourg management.
b. As with building an inside telesales team in NYC, I also built a team of telesales reps in South America and London who delivered viable metrics also exceeding expectations.
c. Developed and built an “On the Ground” campaign which solved the need for a one to one in-person campaign. This helped us to build anecdotal evidence to whether or not the product was working efficiently.
     (2) Manage daily plans for each team member and continuously raise the bar of their performance and success, and partner with Job Today marketing team to drive growth through customer acquisition.
     (3) Manage offline marketing campaigns, such as field sales(see 1c). 
     (4) Optimize marketing and sales channels and think of new innovative ways to reach our potential customers. 
    (5) Integrate technology to streamline operations. This included G-Suite, Copper CRM, Amplitude, Excel Pivot, Snow White, and third party vendors to scrape leads on a daily basis not to mention more PM enabled software.
    (6) Responsible for increased key metrics and building traction to drive KPI's which led to further rounds of investment.

Understanding the needs and focus of our clients' ICP has enabled me to work diligently on developing a 0>1 sales platform, bespoke to their individual needs. This includes SDR's, BDR's and AE's. For those clients that did not want to take the inherent risk of an internal team, we would position ourselves as an extension of their team in that capacity. 

I am responsible for handling the entire event process, which entails targeting and attaining speakers, locking in venues, creating copy for event materials, selling sponsorships, marketing the events to the public, and coordinating the actual event.

I also procure partnerships and I've been successful in partnering with the Launch Festival, Tech Crunch Disrupt, Lean Startup Conference, Mobile Week, Fiverr, Peerspace, and many more.
