Hi, I'm Larry I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) specializing in working with teenagers and young adults ages 13-24. My mission is to empower this demographic to live their best lives by helping them identify their unique talents, interests, and gaps. Together, we set meaningful goals, and work to overcome challenges, and make positive choices. My coaching process aims to boost teens' self-esteem, motivation, focus, resilience, communication skills, and sense of purpose. I guide them through exercises in self-reflection, , exploring possibilities, solving problems creatively, managing stress, communicating assertively, and more. Throughout our sessions, I maintain an encouraging, non-judgmental attitude. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, share relevant experiences, and cheer teens on as they find their way. I help teens filter through the noise to tap into their inner wisdom so they can take ownership of crafting their lives.
