Worked with the co-founders of a Montevideo, Uruguay based software development firm and the co-founders of a Los Angeles based digital strategy agency to lead the merger of these companies into a full service digital agency.  Focused on developing and hiring key roles, motivating and retaining existing strong talent and retaining key clients during the merger.  Based out of New York City and spent significant time in the newly formed company's Los Angeles and Montevideo offices.
