Responsible for building and implementing a 360-Degree Growth Strategy incl. inbound & outbound channels for a 400-strong multinational B2B company (that previously relied mainly on organic growth through word of mouth):

- Lead Generation Engine: Building up SEA from scratch, redesigning the website for conversion, and optimizing Hubspot forms for effective lead capture.
- Sales Enablement: Structuring and optimizing the sales process for different branches. Creating sales pitches for each service, including unique selling propositions (USPs), taglines, and value propositions.
- Multi-Channel Social Media: Developing a comprehensive organic social media strategy across multiple platforms and including company and founder profiles.
- CRM & Automation: Optimizing HubSpot by organizing data with well-defined properties and stages, and automating processes and tracking, including complex workflows and lead scoring.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and implementation of a multi-level lead nurturing strategy with various newsletters and social media formats to boost up-selling and cross-selling.
- Outbound Marketing: Building up a multi-channel outbound system, relying on email and LinkedIn mass outreach with ongoing improvement through A/B testing.
- Content Strategy: Developing a content strategy focused on creation, upcycling, and cross-channel usage of content (videos, text) across platforms such as YouTube, newsletters, LinkedIn, and the website blog.

Generally said, I am supporting the company with the creation of growth strategies, leveraging best practices from my vast startup experience to craft and implement tailored approaches for advanced lead generation and brand growth. Collaborating with the management, marketing, and sales teams of different branches to set up systems and provide ongoing support for sustained success. Continuously testing and refining strategies with sales and the CEO, using data-driven insights to optimize channels and ensure best practices.
