With over 15 years of experience in the financial services and fintech sector, I am a seasoned entrepreneurial leader and innovator in operations and legal matters. I have worked at incumbent banks, fintechs, and a top tier law firm, gaining valuable insights and expertise in regulatory compliance, management, new business development, and strategic management. As the Head of Operations & Legal and member of the management team at NOTYD, a Banking Circle Group company that empowers B2B e-commerce with direct and frictionless payment, I oversee the operational, legal, financial and (in the interim) compliance aspects of the company's activities, facilitating innovation and strategy, and supporting business growth and expansion. I also mentor fintech startups at Startupbootcamp, sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring entrepreneurs. In addition, I am the founder of IN2LEGAL, a consultancy firm that helps fintechs and financial institutions with regulatory and innovation challenges.
