With Ailuna we change cybersecurity behaviour, prevent fraud and drive sustainability action & engagement. 

Ailuna was officially launched in 2021 and now has users in more than 50 countries, with the UK being #1 and the US #2. In 2022 we entered the business segment with Ailuna for Business and in 2024 we extended the platform into cybersecurity and fraud prevention.

I've got the great pleasure and honor to lead this exciting company with remote team members and advisors in the UK, US, Germany, Lithuania, Denmark, Portugal, Switzerland, Thailand and Australia.

Ailuna is Hawaiian and means: "Aiming high, pointing at the moon". And that's exactly what our ambitions are: high.

Customers of ours include Microsoft (Mobile Outlook), Target, News Corporation, Supercell, Flipboard, Alfa Bank and many others.

First person on the ground, established the company’s office and business in EMEA. In less than two years recruited 35 person operation including 9 person seasoned management team (direct sales, channel sales, BT sales, business development, marketing, products, operations, support, HR), launched RingCentral Office (UCaaS / Cloud Phone System), established 3 parallel revenue streams (Direct, VAR/Distribution, Carriers) paving the road to multi-million dollar recurring revenue runrate. Managed multi-million marketing budget generating leads for inbound sales team (SDR, 2-9, 10-49, 50+ reps, channel reps) via SEM, SEO, Shared Leads, Affiliates, email campaigns, vertical segmentation, case studies and industry events.
Set up distribution with 3 leading UK distributors. In less than 6 months signed more than 60 VARs.

Retained key talent despite Yahoo! headcount freeze through effective team motivation and focus on Zimbra business successes. After conclusion of hiring freeze, tripled size of EMEA organisation at Zimbra within 6 months via proactive recruitment and hiring.
