Headquartered in Pacific, Washington, Cheema is a premier provider of dry truckload transportation services. We operate 500 power units, in addition to 1800 dry van trailers. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service, while placing safety at the highest priority. Cheema’s service portfolio includes dedicated, short haul, local, and regional services within the Western United States, with a primary focus on Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Montana. We also provide freight brokerage services all throughout the United States. Safety, integrity, honesty, and respect have remained Cheema Freightlines, LLC.’s guiding principles since inception in 2006. Rejoined Knight-Swift with responsibility for brokerage and power only sales strategy. 

• Represented enterprise customer meetings as the subject matter expert for logistics (brokerage)
• Created training materials and provided coaching for 50+ outside sales professionals  
• Started an inside sales team, that generated $50M+ of topline revenue in less than 24 months
• Supported the launch of KNX's Power Only service, that quickly scaled from 0 to $100M+ revenue 
• Product Owner for the Customer facing side of Select, KNX's Digital Freight Matching Platform

Joined Transport America, a TransForce International Company (TFII), under the leadership of a new President and SVP of Business Development. During my time with the company, Transport America improved their operating ratio from 100+ to the high 80’s, through a combination of improved network efficiency, focused cost controls, and new customer acquisition.

• Onboarded multiple Enterprise Accounts, significantly improving overall customer diversity 
• Supported an overhaul of the customer management structure, from a National to Regional model 
• Consulted with outside marketing firm in the redesign of the company website and sales deck

• Awarded "Revenue Leader" in 2016, for the team's largest percentage increase in top line revenue 
• Promoted to the sales team in 2015 after progressive customer service leadership roles, including onsite customer management for a large CPG Shipper, and direct leadership for a team of 15 account managers
