Part of Top Management team. Responsible for development and excecution of commercial strategy. P/L responsible for full Retail department. Opening and sales development within Flexa Brand Store Own & Franchisee stores and Wholesale to B2B partners in West & South Europe, GB, Americas & Asia. Development and execution of marketing year wheel strategy. Managed a team of up to 10 directly(managers in 4 different countries) but an organization of 35 (spread over different continents) and 40 franchisees.

Highlights:
- Re/entering Spanish market, setup of daughter company. Development of Go-to Market Strategy (Markerting, operation & sales) and opening of 4 own Flagship stores including implementation of new POS in these stores (2022).
- Launch of new strategic product segment PLAY category (FMCG) wooden toys collection (Marketing & Sales) (2022).
- Market Entry to India, setup of daughter company with full Omni channel, warehouse and logistic. Development of Commercial Strategy(marketing, sales(B2C,E-COM&B2B) (2020-21).
- Conducted market analysis and developed market entry strategies for multiple new markets.
- Implemented a new Brand Store Concept through the chain (2019).
- Led negotiations with landlords, franchises & key B2B partners to increase sales and profitability.
- Leading marketing teams to develop marketing strategies for brand building, new product launches and store openings. Full resposability of execution of these strategies in markets.
- Conducted regular performance evaluations and provided ongoing coaching and development to team members.

International Retail Director

Responsible for franchisees in the Middle, North and East Europe. I had to consult them and help them reach a higher turnover, stronger business and help them expand their business. I was also responsible for developing the markets to support Flexa’s expansion and brand awareness.

BoConcept

As owner of the BoConcept franchise in Santa Monica my responsibilities were:
- Daily operations of the BoConcept retail store
- Team management
- Visual Merchandising 
- Customer Service
- Logistic and Inventory Management

- Accounting and Financial Management

When I took ownership, the store had been as a medium level BoConcept store in the US.
First objective was to ensure that the sales team was supported and motivated to executed on the foot traffic in the store.
Second objective was to increase foot traffic to ensure overall sales increase.
I succeeded together with my team to push sales and traffic up to be the no. 1 store in the US:

2012 - Sales - 2,172,036
2013 - Sales - 2,960,249

2012 - Traffic - 37,658
2013 - Traffic - 42,946 

That is a 16% increase in sales year 1 and 36% in year 2 on top of year 1.
Traffic increased with 13% in year 1 and 14% in year 2 on top of year 1.

BoConcept Santa Monica - Business Owner

Retail Operations overseas the internal software programs such as; ERP system Mircosoft Axapta, Statistical program Targit and our 3D room randering program Home Creator.

My responsibilities were:
- Support to our franchisees in our internal IT systems 
- Trouble shooting, test and development in Microsoft Axapta 
- Train and educate our store teams in all of our internal software
- Optimize internal logistic and financial flow in our stores together with franchisees

I spend a lot of time traveling to all our Franchise stores in the Americas training them on how to optimize there daily operation on front/ back office, logistical and statistical use of data available to them.

Was part of a 2 man team, that help develop our 3D room rendering system. Worked closely with our external IT programmers to develop and test the system before worldwide launch.
