• Teach multiple sections of BUS 415: Leadership Development (Online) and BUS 216: Blueprint to Personal and Professional Development (Online) to 120+ students semesterly
• Spearheaded course redesign for BUS 216: Blueprint for Personal and Professional Development (Online) by creating a new LMS shell and 20+ video lessons for the course, improving student learning outcomes in each of top 10+ key areas
• Coached students from all Bryan School graduate and certificate programs (~700 students) on career readiness topics including resume building, LinkedIn, interviewing, internship/job search, and strategic career planning tailored toward students’ target industries

• Spearheaded an organizational culture assessment for a division of 180 employees through a series of focus groups and data analysis to identify core culture principles that impact strategic talent management efforts and implement a refreshed organizational culture using change management best practices
• Created and oversaw a design thinking-based innovation workflow to crowdsource ideas from all levels of the organization by building a framework for submitting, implementing, and iterating ideas and recruiting, training, and coaching eight internal innovation coaches who support the colleagues who submit ideas for the innovation process

• Lead professional learning sessions on using technology to increase student engagement to 15+ adjunct instructors
• Teach multiple personal, professional, and leadership development courses for an average of 150 first-year, transfer, and senior business students semesterly in face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid settings 
• Oversee the Team Leader Program by offering mentorship, designing and delivering in-person and virtual learning modules, and coordinating recruitment of 30+ student employees who serve as peer mentors to 900+ business students
• Provide 300+ hours of custom one-on-one and group career coaching to individual students and student organizations
• Administer Bryan Gold, an award-winning, app-based career readiness program and generate a 50% increase in student engagement by designing new incentive structures and learning opportunities for participating students

• Designed, implemented, and assessed a New Hire Survey to identify and correct pain points and generate actionable ideas for onboarding initiatives to expedite new hire time to productive in all 10 CCL offices globally
• Collaborated with executive-level management to restructure the organization’s employee value proposition to stimulate recruitment and increase employee commitment, satisfaction, and retention
• Coordinated efforts between CCL’s Americas, EMEA, and APAC offices to analyze the organization’s talent assessment strategy, including the development of a future talent profile
