•	Was hired to help develop a new mid-market focused team develop it’s market footprint and clientele by acting as lead recruiter to support searches across a wide variety of industries and verticals: Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, and Operations.
•	Promoted to Division Recruiting Manager within nine months. Oversee and manage the recruiting team, with two direct reports. 
•	Created and actively manage division’s recruiting practices, tactics, training, and workflow. 
•	Act as project manager to oversee all client roles and current team priorities through entire lifecycle and process.
•	Manage daily utilization of project management tools such as Trello, ATS/CRM workflows, and proprietary systems.
•	Interface and communicate with client/hiring manager leadership (C-level, director, managerial level) about status of search(s) and deliver feedback to internal team. Serve as key liaison between end clients and internal team contributors. 
•	Utilize Scrum process/methodology to lead daily calls with recruitment team to re-establish priorities, goals, tasks, and induvial deliverables.

•	Maintained relationships with an active pipeline of candidates utilizing high volume touchpoints (calls, emails, and text messages). Candidate pipelines actively maintained and utilized included: accounts payable and receivable specialists, accounting clerks, staff and senior accountants, financial and senior financial analysts, cost analysts, controllers, and directors/VPs of accounting.
•	Thoroughly screened/interviewed candidates for client’s search parameters and made recommendations to internal account managers on candidate submissions for client requisitions.
•	Negotiated offers to candidates at point of hiring decision.
•	Maintained relationships with active contracting candidates placed in hourly assignment roles with various clients (temporary, contract, and contract-to-hire models) to ensure maximum billing of hours worked.

Regional Recruiter - Accounting and Finance, Human Resources

Techtronic Industries - TTI

•	Responsible for overseeing print advertising and marketing projects from implementation to finish.
•	Delivered creative project management from cradle-to-grave—clearly communicated client creative goals and objectives to Art Directors and graphic design teams, and then managed project timeline from concept to delivery.
•	Oversaw and managed client’s projects budgets. Created and delivered letters of estimates to marketing executives, and tracked hours billed by internal team for all projects.
•	Worked as head liaison between art teams and marketing contacts by maintaining daily correspondence with multiple
departments to ensure projects were completed by deadline, and that all creative aspects were being executed correctly.
•	Worked with print buying team to source ideas for marketing collateral and branding premiums


Clients included: Ridgid and Ryobi Latin America, Ubermann/Sodimac, and HART hand tools
