I currently hold the title of Product Logistics Manager. With this comes the role of acting as a liaison between the customer service team, manufacturing, QC department, my logistics team, being involved in all phases of the shipping processes (both foreign and domestic) and when needed I personally interact with customers to ensure updates on outstanding orders, custom orders or future order requests. I describe myself as accomplished and energetic individual with a solid work history of achievements in various roles. I have a motivated personality with strong organizational, prioritization and multitasking abilities. Areas of expertise include prioritizing operational needs across multiple departments, customer service product planning, SAP transactions, order fulfillment, cycle counts and maintaining safety stock (ERP) requirements.
