Collaborated with Co-Founder to pivot company operations into new product in eCommerce in the middle of COVID. Led research in business opportunity, product design, marketplace dynamics, and created the first versions of Carro. Spearheaded market adoption through sales, marketing, and partnership strategies. Leveraged data and user feedback to drive initial feature development, orchestrating product, design, and customer experience teams. Hired and led teams for Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Sales , growing from 8,000-30,000+ clients.

Head of Revenue Operations

As Founding Member, co-led business development and product development in the influencer marketing technology space. Developed go-to-market and growth strategies, taking product from 0-8,000 users in first year of launch. In charge of user acquisition, developed materials and branding used by company sales team. Led Sales, Customer Success, and user feedback operations. Developed company Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing infrastructure. Led special project operations to drive company direction. 0-8,000 users worldwide.

Investor and part-time advisor brought on board as Founding Member to help employ, organize, manage, and grow company operations and personnel, raise and manage capital, and bring product to market. 

Co-led development and marketing personnel with company Founder, from product concept to App Store release of the VYRL App, ranked No. 1 in Influencer Marketing for 2016 and winner of Internet Marketing Association’s “Best Influencer App of 2016”.

Worked hand in hand with company Founder in 2017 to bring former Gaikai (sold to Sony for 380m) Co-Founder & CEO on board as VYRL’s current Co-Founder and CEO.
