Managed a team of six recruiters and one membership registrar to drive girl, adult, and volunteer membership and increase retention.

Sixth employee hired at the company. Managed sales, marketing, and operational activities for this fast-paced program. •	Drove grocer participation from 25 stores to more than 2,500 through personal sales and marketing activities. Participating grocers included Kroger, Safeway, Albertsons, Meijer, and HEB to name a few. 
•	Developed marketing materials to promote program to consumers at the point-of-purchase. Crafted presentation materials to explain new, revolutionary concept to drive grocer and CPG participation. Presented to large groups of more than 75 people to gain support.
