Senior Marketing Executive

Responsible for content and social media, including:

● Content writing and asset creating - newsletter, blog editing, broker communications, investor communications, case studies, press releases, website content, webinars, award applications etc.
● Oversee the social media strategy for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok - creating content and keeping our social media schedule up to date.
● Working with TAB's agency and implementing keyword strategies
● Working with Canva to create digital assets
● Podcast subtitling and editing

Marketing Executive

Exemplas

Lead on all marketing activities for Hertfordshire Growth Hub, a public contract being fulfilled by Exemplas:

•	Develop and manage the digital and social media strategies, including designing creative for organic and paid campaigns with over 100 acquisitions
•	Create and implement digital campaign plans
•	Use content marketing and copywriting techniques and strategies to create engaging content such as newsletters, targeted emails, and promotional emails to attract the target audience such as clients and partners
•	Promote branded and amplified PR and promotional content to relevant audiences
•	Execute web content updates across Exemplas Group websites 
•	Create dynamic online and offline marketing collateral
•	Deliver regular reporting on all digital campaign outcomes against set KPIs
•	Provide creative and innovative recommendations for new campaigns to support the digital strategy
Key achievements:
o Implemented a successful integrated digital campaign across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google
o Meeting all KPIs, including a 20% increase in the website-based KPIs and a 264% increase in the social media-based KPIs

4ways

Same as previous, as well as:
•	Organise and budget 4ways’ attendance at conferences, exhibitions and other events
•	Responsible for digital marketing updates and promotions across all channels including social media
Key achievements:
o	Creating and running an escape room experience at one of the biggest industry conferences of the year to encourage engagement and brand awareness

Marketing and Events Executive

•	Driving and monitoring outputs in line with the Marketing Planner
•	Responsible for the development, execution and monitoring parts of the targeted marketing campaign schedule across all channels – on and offline
•	Producing effective sales and marketing collateral
•	Other responsibilities include: supporting tender activities, preparing updates for the monthly Business Development Meeting, assisting with organising and delivering internal events, supporting corporate and quality/clinical governance projects as required, assisting in identifying customer needs across service lines and create market access/penetration campaigns around this

Fiesta Crafts Ltd

•	Responsible for updating Social Media streams across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, including creating relevant posts and running competitions
•	Responsible for designing, writing and implementing direct marking projects, including press releases to relevant trade magazines, marketing campaigns, keeping the website up to date, and measuring the success of all projects including tracking and monitoring leads
•	Assist with admin, planning and preparation for Trade Shows including set up, selling, pack down, and pre and post show communications
•	Other responsibilities include research, organising and assisting at photoshoots, brochure planning and preparation
Key achievements:
o	Significantly increased social media following, created and produced 62 product videos, over 22 published articles in trade magazines, successful prospect mail-outs generating over 23 leads with 52% conversions to live customers

Started in Medical Records and then moved to the Joint Reconstruction Unit as a patient pathway co-ordinator/scheduler responsible for maintaining the surgical diaries of various JRU Consultants including inpatient and outpatient procedures and appointments.
