Innovis VC is the largest European Venture Capital initiative for students. With over 400 members from 28 nationalities, Innovis VC unifies students from diverse backgrounds with a core passion: Venture Capital. Its mission is to encourage exchange between VC, startups and students – connecting, empowering and educating in an international and promising industry. Together with my team, I supported the organization's expansion and managed Innovis VC's activities in Milan.

My role as Expansion Manager:
- Formed the local managing board of the Milan hub 
- Prepared the strategic launch of an Innovis VC hub in Milan (analyzing the competitive landscape, initial promotion, ...)

My role as Co-Founder: 
- Launched the Milan hub in September 2021
- Co-led all management activities, including HR/recruiting, marketing/events, operations, team culture, and performance review
- Project management (set/managed timeline, goals, and tasks)
- Coordination and collaboration with other international Innovis VC hub Managers and the local management board
- Acquisition of corporate partner collaborations and cooperation with other student associations

Bocconi Students Consulting Club is among the most prominent consulting clubs in Europe, the first in Italy, and one of the most active at Bocconi University. Its mission is to equip Bocconi Students for a successful career in Consulting by leveraging peer-to-peer learning, alumni expertise, and direct cooperation with major players in the industry.

I actively contributed to the operations of the Certifying Body within the EU funds program, adhering to stringent international auditing standards and the guidelines established by the EU Commission. My role encompassed the following key responsibilities:

- Audit of compliance with relevant legal provisions of Community law and national regulations
- Financial statement analysis
- Internal control evaluation
- Examination of invoiced material costs and tender documents
- Assessing the alignment with the EU common agricultural policies (CAP) for the social, environmental, and economic sustainability of rural areas
