In March 2021 I transitioned to the Data Solutions team as a Product Owner managing data  engineering projects.

• Manage the product lifecycle of custom data pipelines
• Optimize data pipeline orchestration to provide clean, transformed data ready for analysis, integration or delivery
• Identify business requirements for new data pipelines and reporting needs
• Work closely with data engineers and architects to evolve the custom data tooling and platforms that form the backbone of our agency’s big data capability

In April 2018 I was promoted to Product Owner of the Enterprise branded car rental websites such as Enterprise.com, Enterprise.ca, etc.

In March 2017 I joined the Digital Marketing department as a Technology Product Specialist.

In January 2015 I began working with the Talent Development department as the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. I  managed the pilot and implementation of our LMS. I also develop  e-learning courses and other learning objects that are accessible through our LMS. In addition to my responsibilities as the LMS administrator, in October 2016 I also became the admin for our employee performance system to create workflows for employee performance reviews.

Systems Analyst

In this role I was responsible for the training and management of a team of Social Monitoring Coordinators who execute our corporate social moderation strategy on a variety of sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Yelp. I worked closely with vendors that assist in listening and moderation of our brands which enable us to resolve a variety of customer questions and concerns in a timely manner. I also supervised live chat for our brands.

In August 2012 I was promoted to Customer Service Team Manager responsible for 18 - 22 remote and in-house customer service phone agents. Duties included timely completion of monthly and annual employee reviews, coaching of key performance metrics and call monitoring and grading. During my time in this roll I also facilitated multiple virtual training classes in lieu of an available trainer, created job aids, presented to the department on best practices for coaching customer satisfaction, and promoted four employees to other departments.
