-	Obtained qualification as Quality Assurance Inspector 12 months ahead of schedule and employed it to reduce the maintenance backlog by 50.7% 
-	Earned the Aviation Enlisted Warfare Specialist qualification and employed it successfully during an emergency flood that threatened the integrity of the USS Enterprise during its final deployment
