I'm an SEO with in-house SEO and agency experience. I got my start in the field at WebMD where my supervisor and I started the Atlanta SEO team. With 15+ years in content strategy and search engine optimization, I've worked extensively on both national and international websites in industries like healthcare, B2B, technology, manufacturing, staffing, and even architectural lighting. I have a strong background in analytics and enjoy digging into data. I lead large teams of analysts and content creators (writers, editors, designers, videographers, photographers, etc) to create cohesive content and marketing plans, from ideation to execution to promotion. I oversee entire projects from a high level but also love to get in the weeds on SEO and content planning. But my favorite thing about being an SEO is helping clients, particularly of smaller businesses, understand what SEO is and how to do it well. If I can do that, I consider myself successful. Other important areas of expertise include all things Sci-Fi and fantasy, and I enjoy cooking Thai food, reading, and gardening.
